Fabrizio Romano has reported that recent Leeds United loanee Facundo Buonanotte is set to leave Brighton, with Bundesliga side Schalke 04 making a formal approach and clubs in the Premier League and La Liga also in talks.
The 21-year-old Argentina international joined Leeds on loan from Brighton in January and featured for only 82 minutes across four appearances.

He came off the bench in January against Everton and Arsenal in the Premier League.
Buonanotte’s only start followed in February, an FA Cup tie at Birmingham City, where he struggled and was substituted at half-time.
His final outing for Leeds was a 12-minute cameo in the season finale at West Ham, after which he returned to his parent club.
He remains contracted to Brighton until summer 2028.
