Three weeks into the French window, Ligue 1 has been subdued, with Rennes and Lyon notably busy as PSG keep a low profile. The World Cup in the United States is in full swing but business continues.
According to L'Équipe, at Lyon four signings have arrived for a combined €17m, defender Mohamed Ouédraogo from SCR Altach of Austria, winger Kaïl Boudache from Nice, midfielder Mads Bistrup from Salzburg and forward Julien Duranville from Borussia Dortmund. In the other direction, Afonso Moreira has joined Leverkusen for around €30m.
Rennes have moved too, adding Adrien Thomasson from Lens and Issa Soumaré from Le Havre on free transfers. Eliezer Mayenda has signed from Sunderland for €22m and Gonçalo Oliveira from Benfica for €3.5m.
PSG have sold Gonçalo Ramos to AC Milan for €74m, and Lee Kang-In is very likely to leave for Atlético. They have signed 18-year-old Italian goalkeeper Alessandro Longoni, and could also add Leipzig’s Ivory Coast international Yan Diomandé, 19, and Monaco’s France international Maghnes Akliouche, 24.
Monaco have added Nazinho from Cercle Bruges, Sadibou Sané from Metz and Mathys Detourbet on loan from Manchester City. The club have taken up an €11m option to keep Ansu Fati on a four-year deal. Caio Henrique has joined Ajax for €10m plus €3m in bonuses, with a 25% sell-on clause.
Elsewhere, Nice have signed midfielder Laurent Abergel on a free. Michaël Cuisance of Hertha Berlin is set to join Lens.
