Villarreal are expected to make a loan offer for Axel Disasi and begin negotiations with Chelsea according to reports.
Chelsea have been busy this summer and have already completed the signings of Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens.
More new faces are expected to follow, and the Blues haven’t ruled out signing another attacker, whilst they are also thought to be in the market for a left sided defender.
Whilst incomings are important, outgoings are just as crucial, with the Blues having a number of players they are looking to move on.
Kepa Arrizabalaga, Djordje Petrovic and Noni Madueke have all departed, whilst Renato Veiga is closing in on a move to Atletico Madrid.

The Blues still have more players they need to sell and Disasi falls into that category, with the Frenchman surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
Newcastle are said to be leading the race for Disasi, but L’Equipe have reported Villarreal are expected to make a loan offer for the 27-year-old.
The report adds the Blues would prefer a permanent transfer, with Newcastle and Juventus also making enquiries, which they haven’t taken any further.
Disasi spent the second half of last season on loan at Aston Villa where he made ten appearances, and it’s thought his preference is to remain in the Premier League.
Disasi isn’t the only defender heading to the exit door at Chelsea, with Veiga also set to leave the club just 12 months after joining.
The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus, and has no shortage of suitors across Europe.

Chelsea are said to want a total package of €40m for Veiga, and the Portugal international is now closing in on a move to Atletico Madrid.
It’s a shame it didn’t work out for Veiga at Chelsea, but the Blues are in line to make a sizeable profit on a player who was at the club for six months.
