Inter Milan will reportedly make a new attempt to sign Al-Ittihad winger Moussa Diaby in the summer transfer window.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via L’Interista, January’s failure has not discouraged the Nerazzurri as they prepare a fresh bid for the Frenchman.

Piero Ausilio tried to bring Moussa Diaby back to European football in the final days of the winter transfer window.

Furthermore, Inter tabled a tangible proposal for the versatile forward.

However, the San Siro giants had hoped to land the 26-year-old on loan with an option to buy, looking to close the deal at around €30 million.

Inter Milan Keen to Sign Moussa Diaby in the Summer

Having paid Aston Villa €60 million to sign Diaby in 2024, Al-Ittihad quickly turned down Inter’s proposal.

Yet, the diminutive winger has since fallen out of favor in Riyadh.

Indeed, he has barely featured for Sergio Conceicao’s side in recent months, casting further doubt on his future in Saudi Arabia.

With Diaby’s relationship with Al-Ittihad at an all-time low, this could be a presentable opportunity for Inter to secure his signature.
