There are reports in Italy that Napoli will improve their offer for Juanlu Sanchez to €18m, which could be enough to convince Sevilla.
The negotiations for the 22-year-old have been dragging on for weeks and were inevitably affected by the fact Wolverhampton Wanderers were prepared to pay €20m.
On the other hand, the Partenopei had stopped at €17m and took a pause to deal with other matters before resuming those talks.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the latest discussions have been positive and they believe the two clubs can shake hands for circa €18m.
It is possible there could be some added bonuses to bridge that gap with Sevilla’s asking price.
Juanlu plays as a right-back, but can also work in a more advanced attacking role down the same flank.
He is a regular for Spain at Under-21 and Olympic level, having come through the Sevilla youth academy to be part of the senior squad.
This would be the second Spanish talent to arrive at Napoli after Miguel Gutierrez made the move from Girona for €20m including add-ons.
