Portuguese manager Ruben Amorim is ready to take charge of Manchester United after being appointed the new manager following Erik ten Hag’s sacking.
The 39-year-old is leaving Sporting Lisbon to start a new chapter of his career in the Premier League.
In the Champions League this week, Amorim’s Sporting side beat Manchester City 4-1 and the young manager showed his ability to outclass Pep Guardiola tactically, exciting the Man United fans in the process.
Before starting the job at Old Trafford, Amorim would be worried to find out that he will not be able to make new signings in the January transfer window.
According to Football Insider, the Red Devils will struggle to sign new players in the winter transfer window.
Man United have suffered financially after the sacking of Ten Hag and the appointment of Amorim.

The Premier League giants have been heavy spenders in recent transfer windows as well, showing their ambition to add quality to their squad and spending a lot of money in the process.
Under the Profit and Sustainability Rules, as per the report, it will be really difficult for the club to allow the manager to make new signings in January.
The departure of some players in January could help the manager with funds for new arrivals but that is unlikely to be the focus of the club.
Despite being linked with a huge spending spree, the Premier League giants are expected to be quiet in January.
Amorim will take charge of the club for the first time when the Red Devils face Ipswich Town in the Premier League.
Currently, interim manager Ruud van Nistelrooy is taking care of the team and looking after everything.
It would be a major blow for Amorim to find out that he will not be provided new signings in the January transfer window but he should know that the current Man United squad is good enough and he has several options in different positions already.
