Real Madrid are considering a move to sign Pau Torres from Aston Villa in the upcoming summer transfer window, according to Fichajes.

The 28-year-old Spanish international has attracted attention from the La Liga giants as they look to bolster their defensive options.

Torres joined Aston Villa from Villarreal in July 2023 and has since made over 50 appearances for the Premier League club, contributing two goals and three assists.

His performances have been instrumental in Villa’s defensive solidity, and his experience in both La Liga and the Premier League makes him an appealing target for Real Madrid.

The central defensive player is a regular starter for Unai Emery’s Aston Villa side and he is a key member of the squad.
