The last great signing of the Sir Alex Ferguson era, Robin van Persie's stint at Manchester United lasted just three seasons but lives long in the memory.
His first season saw him lead the club to the title, but he started his second in sensational fashion.
The brilliant Dutchman had already netted two in David Moyes' first game, helping United to the Community Shield, and he repeated the trick in a 4-1 opening day win at Swansea.
His first goal was impressive, but his second was a sight to behold.
Sadly for both club and player, it proved a red herring as van Persie's injuries returned and United began their decline with Moyes not lasting the season.
Still, his time at Old Trafford is one so fondly remembered.
