Roma continue talks for Dybala’s renewal | OneFootball

Paulo Dybala wants to continue playing for Roma.

The Argentine has never played in the Champions League with Roma, and next season could be his best.

His contract expires on June 30th, but behind the scenes, the parties are still working to reach an agreement on his renewal.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Roma made their offer about ten days ago, but Dybala’s entourage would like a lower initial fee and the length of the new contract.

Negotiations are ongoing. Paulo has given the Giallorossi his priority.

Despite a meniscus injury that kept him sidelined for more than two months, Dybala made a significant contribution to Roma’s Champions League triumph.

He provided two assists, for Malen and El Shaarawy, in the victory in Verona that secured the Giallorossi third place.

Gian Piero Gasperini would like to continue working with him and has personally spoken to the Friedkins regarding a contract renewal.

The situation is different for his compatriot, Matias Soulé. The Argentine jewel is no longer indispensable and could even be sold for the right price.
