Marseille’s Balerdi is not the only name on Roma’s transfer shortlist for the summer.
The Giallorossi are planning to replace Mats Hummels who is bound to leave the club at the end of the season.

According to Corriere dello Sport, in addition to Leonardo Balerdi, sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is closely following Oumar Solet, the French centre-back who arrived at Udinese two months ago and has performed very well.
Solet has made a name for himself with his defensive skills and quality in the build-up, also attracting the interest of Napoli.
The Friulian club values his contract at over 15 million euros, a figure that is set to grow if the player continues to shine.
His name is not new to Trigoria: two years ago Tiago Pinto had already tried to bring him to the capital, but without success.
Now Ghisolfi could try again to rejuvenate the Giallorossi rearguard.
