Tammy Abraham reportedly wants to stay at AC Milan past this season, but the chances of this are currently unknown. However, there are others that want him.
The move to Milan from Roma was scrutinised rather heavily in recent months, and Abraham’s future seemingly rests on a decision from the Rossoneri. However, that should not arrive until a new direction for the club has been found.
With a new sporting director needed, it is unlikely that any signings or departures will be allowed until there is a clear idea in place for moving forward, which leaves Abraham in a bit of a no-man zone.
This situation, if the Diavolo actually want to sign him, will seemingly have no effect on things though, barring maybe frustrating Abraham and his entourage, as Fabrizio Romano reports for GiveMeSport that the decision is firmly in the Rossoneri’s hands.
Romano states that it ‘depends’ on Milan, and once their decision has been made, then other parties can come into play, if the club opt not to take the attacker permanently.
Furthermore, the decision will definitely be made by the new sporting director, so his future could be decided in a matter of weeks with meetings expected soon.
Premier League clubs are once again watching the Englishman, who could return to the top flight in England as interest is very present.
