Crystal Palace's recent journey on the domestic and European fronts has been nothing short of a fairytale for their passionate fan base, and one of those leading the charge under Oliver Glasner continues to be Ismaïla Sarr.

The Senegalese winger has been one of the best and brightest under the Austrian tactician, and a central figure who helped Palace to FA Cup and Community Shield honours, while pushing the capital side within touching distance of a major European trophy.
On the personal front, the 28-year-old former Watford man has come on leaps and bounds since arriving in England back in 2019, and his first-half penalty to set Palace away at Brentford clocked a personal record for the Saint-Louis native.
Doing well to slot past Caoimhín Kelleher from 12 yards out, Sarr bagged his ninth Premier League goal of the season, a personal best.
That strike, which also saw Sarr level Palace cult hero Andy Johnson on 21 goals across all competitions as one of two players to achieve that number in a single Premier League campaign (Opta), could serve as a springboard as Palace prepare for their Conference League final against Rayo Vallecano on 27 May.
