Saudi splash: Al-Hilal to sign Crysencio Summerville for €80m as Premier League giants miss out on Netherlands winger | OneFootball

Al-Hilal have reached an agreement to sign West Ham United winger Crysencio Summerville for a fee of €80m (£68.2m).

The Saudi Pro League side have blown the competition out of the water with a massive offer for the Dutch international, who is due to undergo a medical before completing the transfer.

Summerville had several suitors in thePremier League, including Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Fulham, while AS Roma had a £39m offer rejected earlier this week.

The Athletic have revealed that Al-Hilal have now reached an agreement to sign Summerville in what will represent another huge sale for relegated West Ham, following Mateus Fernandes' transfer to Tottenham earlier this summer.

Summerville scored five times in thePremier League last season, before impressing with the Netherlands at the 2026 World Cup. He scored twice at the tournament in North America, increasing interest in his services.

He's now set to sign for an Al-Hilal side that finished second in the Saudi Pro League last season. The Saudi side are coached by former Inter Milan manager Simone Inzaghi and count Karim Benzema, Ruben Neves, and Kalidou Koulibaly as part of their first-team squad.

Summerville's sale is set to further ease West Ham's financial issues after relegation, providing Nuno Espirito Santo with funds to reinvest. The Hammers are preparing for their first second-tier season in 14 years in 2026/27.
