At the conclusion of the meeting with children from the "Punto Luce" Save The Children center in the Vallette neighbourhood of Turin, goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio spoke to the press. These were his words:
"We are happy to have surprised these kids. As I told them, I hope they achieve their dreams because that’s the most beautiful thing. I fulfilled mine, which was to become a player at this level and live these experiences. Dreams grow bigger with time. My months at Juve have been incredible, exactly as I expected from such a prestigious club. Mattia Perin and I have a great relationship, pushing each other to perform at our best.
"Milan-Juve comes at a good time. We’ve understood the attitude and spirit we need, and we’re improving daily. This is an important and busy period, but our focus is on one match at a time. We’re not talking about objectives or standings yet; we need to grow as much as possible, focusing on performance. It’s too early to think long-term. We’re not discussing the Scudetto — this journey has to be taken step by step. Serie A’s level is extremely high. Now, we’re preparing for an important match at San Siro against Milan. We want to win, and it will be exciting to play in such an extraordinary atmosphere against a great team."
