Inter keep squad rotation to a minimum as Lautaro Martinez and Federico Dimarco start after Champions League victory in Munich, hosting relegation-threatened Cagliari.
It kicks off at San Siro at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).
The Nerazzurri are fresh off a huge 2-1 victory in the Champions League quarter-final away to Bayern Munich, but must also prepare for the second leg at San Siro on Wednesday.
At the same time, following the 2-2 draw with Parma, they cannot afford to slip up again in Serie A, so Simone Inzaghi fields a strong squad.
Dimarco returns from injury on the left flank, with Lautaro Martinez partnered by Marko Arnautovic.
Davide Frattesi steps into the Inter starting XI after his late goal off the bench in Germany, but Denzel Dumfries and Piotr Zielinski are still out injured.
Inter are wearing a new special edition Valentino Rossi themed kit.

Cagliari are hovering just about the relegation zone and need every point they can get.
Although sweeping Monza aside 3-0, last week’s 0-0 away to Empoli only managed to keep the slender gap from the bottom three intact.
The Sardinians recently held Milan and Atalanta to draws, also taking points off Roma and Juventus this season.
Coach Davide Nicola has a full squad to choose from, but surprisingly opts for both Florian Radu and Roberto Piccoli together upfront.
Inter: Sommer; Bisseck, De Vrij, Carlos Augusto; Zalewski, Frattesi, Calhanoglu, Barella, Dimarco; Arnautovic, Lautaro Martinez
Cagliari: Caprile; Zappa, Mina, Palomino; Zortea, Adopo, Makoumbou, Deiola, Augello; Coman, Piccoli
