Sevilla star emerges as summer Bundesliga target | OneFootball

A member of the midfield ranks at La Liga outfit Sevilla has been identified as a potential summer signing on the part of Stuttgart.

That’s according to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, who points towards Djibril Sow as the player in question.

Sow, for his part, is fresh off a season which saw him play an important role in Sevilla’s engine room setup once more.

All told, the Swiss international featured in 30 of the Andalusian club’s 38 La Liga outings, chipping in with two goals and an assist along the way.

And as alluded to above, along the way, Sow appears to have garnered admiring glances by way of the Bundesliga.

This comes amid confirmation on the part of the aforementioned Matteo Moretto that Stuttgart are giving consideration to a summer move for the 28-year-old.

It remains to be seen if Sevilla are open to a sale, but the long-standing financial troubles at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán mean that, in the case of a significant offer arriving, the Nervionenses are likely to take it into consideration.
