The Girona FC Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held today approved the appointment of Simon Cliff, John MacBeath and Ingo Bank as new members of the Board of Directors. They will replace Chris Cook, Edward Hall and Paul Hunston who have stepped down.
Cliff, MacBeath and Bank, representing City Football Group, rejoin the Board after leaving in July 2024.

The Board has also ratified the appointment of Ricardo Sosa, representing Claure Group, appointed through the co-optation system on 6 June 2025.
