Despite a shock loss to Nottingham Forest on the weekend, during which he played both in defence and midfield, he still had moments of creativity and will be hoping to continue his good form in the Champions League against AC Milan at San Siro.

The full-back has put allegiances aside, and sent a gift to Manchester City academy player Tyrse Noubissie, who is the son of Patrick Noubissie, a former player for Hibernian, Livingston, and Dundee.

Noubissie is currently out injured with a foot injury, but will hope to perform well this season for the Manchester City under-16 side and earn his first professional contract with the club.
