After the defeat against Genoa, Roma will return to training this morning at Trigoria with their usual post-match schedule.
A recovery session for those who played at Marassi and a workout for those who sat back.
Although Gasperini currently has very few reserves, with the Trigoria infirmary showing no signs of emptying.
As Corriere dello Sport reports, one of the hottest topics is injuries, particularly Soulé.
The Argentine has been struggling with pubalgia for several weeks now and has missed the Giallorossi’s last few games.
Until Malen’s arrival, the former Frosinone player was Roma’s top scorer this season, making his recovery crucial at this stage of the season.
The medical staff continues to monitor his progress, and the most realistic goal for now is to at least bring him to the bench on Thursday against Bologna.
This would be a first step toward recovery, although the club has no intention of rushing his recovery.
Alternatively, Soulé could return for Sunday’s match in Como, another crucial match for the Giallorossi’s Champions League bid, as they must avoid further slip-ups in the league.
