The England international is a brave goalkeeper, no doubt. Still, he was asked to mention an opponent that has frightened him over the years.

As quoted by GiveMeSport, Ramsdale replied to Golf Life saying: "The one I used to hate playing against the most is Jamie Vardy. The guy just doesn't stop running. I'd love to have him on my team but hate playing against him."

Well, Ramsdale must have remembered his Arsenal days while picking Vardy. After all, the latter is among the Premier League's legendary strikers and even led Leicester City to become English Champions around a decade ago.

As much as Vardy loves scoring against Arsenal, Southampton is also one of the teams he loves playing. Even this season, he haunted the Saints by finding the back of the net in a dramatic 3-2 win.

On top of that, Vardy's Premier League experience and leadership also come in handy for Leicester. Something, which Southampton have been missing due to former captain Jack Stephens' lengthy absence in the squad.
