PSG have made moves to bolster their squad this 2025-26 season. However, the capital club also need to sell players to balance the financial side and one player is reportedly on the way out to the Premier League.
The Parisians let Nordi Mukiele go on loan last season to Bayer Leverkusen. It was a move to allow the Frenchman to boost his profile and either remain with the German club long-term or stir up a market for himself in the summer.
With the summer transfer window nearing its end, Mukiele was able to secure a long-term move away from the French capital.

On Friday, Sky Sports reported that Sunderland have agreed on fee to sign Mukiele from PSG for £9.5 million plus £2.5 million in add-ons. The defender can now close his chapter with the Ligue 1 side as the move didn’t go as planned.
The focus for Mukiele will now be to play a significant role at Sunderland to ensure the Black Cats remain in the Premier League past this season and not let it be a one-and-done campaign.
