On 5 and 9 June, Corinthians played two friendlies against the United States Under-23s, losing 2-0 then 1-0. Defender Thaís Regina and midfielder Juliana Passari returned, both yet to feature officially in 2026.
According to Meu Timao, Passari gained minutes against the United States. Thaís has finished her physical transition and featured in both games.
Thaís, 27, suffered a left ankle fibula fracture in January during training, on the eve of the trip to England for the first Copa das Campeãs, the Women’s Club World Cup. She returned in late May after surgery and physio, with workload managed.
Her last official outing was on 7 December 2025, a 5-1 loss to Palmeiras in the Paulista final first leg. In 2025 she made 30 appearances, contributing to title wins in the Brasileiro and Libertadores.
Passari sustained a right thigh muscle injury in April 2026, delaying her first appearance of the year. She rejoined field work in late May under close monitoring due to previous ACL ruptures.
She has yet to feature officially in 2026 for technical reasons too, left out of the Copa das Campeãs squad and unused by Lucas Piccinato and Emily Lima. Her last competitive game was 16 November 2025, a 3-0 win over Realidade Jovem in the Paulista.
Corinthians break until 24 June, then host Ferroviária on 17 July in the Paulista, with the Brasileiro run-in, Copa do Brasil and Libertadores ahead.
