Keith Andrews' side began the month with a 2-0 loss against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, before bouncing back with a 3-1 win against Newcastle United at Gtech Community Stadium.
Thiago netted twice in the defeat of the Magpies, converting a 78th-minute penalty to turn the game around after Kevin Schade had cancelled out Harvey Barnes' opener, before finishing from inside the area to make sure of the three points deep inside stoppage-time.
Two weeks later - following the November international break - he opened the scoring with another spot-kick against Brighton at the Amex.
And in the Bees' final game of the month, the 24-year-old bagged another late brace to help his side secure a 3-1 home win against Burnley.
Thiago had seen a stoppage-time penalty saved against the Seagulls by Bart Verbruggen a week earlier, but he confidently stepped up to slot from the spot against the Clarets.
In doing so, he became the fastest Brentford player to reach 10+ Premier League goals in a season, managing the feat in 13 games, two outings less than the previous record set by Ivan Toney in the 2022/23 campaign.
A minute after Zian Flemming had levelled proceedings with his own effort from 12 yards, the Bees' no.9 blasted in his second. Dango Ouattara notched the third with 92 minutes on the clock.
Thiago's tally of 11 Premier League goals - four ahead of third-ranked Danny Welbeck and Jean-Philippe Mateta - is only bettered by Manchester City's Erling Haaland on 15.
He has been nominated alongside the aforementioned Barnes, Everton's Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Man City's Jérémy Doku, Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes, Nottingham Forest's Morgan Gibbs-White, Chelsea's Reece James and Arsenal's Declan Rice.
Voting closes at midday on Monday 8 December. The winner will then be announced at 11am on Friday 12 December.
