Monaco will be without vice-captain Thilo Kehrer and Ansu Fati for the Champions League play-off first leg against PSG at Stade Louis-II on Tuesday at 21:00.
L'Équipe reports that Kehrer is ill, while Fati suffered a thigh problem against Nantes on Friday, and Jordan Teze should start in place of the German defender.
There had been uncertainty over the shape to face the European champions, between a 3-4-3 and a 4-2-3-1, with the leaning towards the latter. That would mean a Teze-Faes pairing at centre-back and captain Denis Zakaria in midfield alongside Lamine Camara, who is hoped to start despite an ankle issue.
Maghnes Akliouche, a doubt with a hip problem, could also make the XI. Simon Adingra and Alexandre Golovine are expected to start in support of Folarin Balogun.
Monaco squad: Goalkeepers Köhn, Liénard, Stawiecki. Defenders Diatta, Faes, Caio Henrique, Nibombe, Teze, Vanderson. Midfielders Al. Bamba, L. Camara, M. Coulibaly, Golovine, I. Touré, Zakaria. Forwards Adingra, Akliouche, Balogun, Biereth, Idumbo.
