Looking back, the separation from Julian Nagelsmann remains one of the most defining issues of his time in office. Together with Oliver Kahn, Salihamidzic was primarily blamed for the actions surrounding the dismissal of the coach

Nevertheless, the former sporting director looks back on his time in Munich with gratitude: „I am glad that I was able to play and work for this club,“ emphasized the 49-year-old.
