Tottenham have confirmed that midfielder Lucas Bergvall has undergone surgery on a broken ankle.
Coach Thomas Frank revealed the injury to the teenager earlier this week after he was brought off in their win over Borussia Dortmund.

And now the north London club have released a statement confirming that Bergvall has gone under the knife.
Although no timeframe has been put on his recovery, reports suggest that the Sweden international could be out for three months.
