The report claims that Spurs are dreaming of signing the Dutchman. However, the English club’s sporting directors believe they can convince the player.

Moreover, the report claims that Simons ticks numerous boxes for Arne Slot’s side, and there is a growing belief he is Premier League-bound. The feeling is also mutual with Slot as he is a fan of the 22-year-old.
