Trabzonspor ‘to consider’ Wolves keeper Jose Sa if Onana deal collapses | OneFootball

Trabzonspor are considering Wolves goalkeeper Jose Sa as an alternative if a move for Andre Onana does not materialise.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, any pursuit of Sa hinges on failing to land the Manchester United keeper. Onana spent last season on loan, kept six clean sheets in 33 matches and helped win the Turkish Cup.

Former Walsall winger Tom Knowles has joined League Two rivals Barnet on a free transfer. He reunites with Brandon Comley, who arrived with Charlie Lakin after both left Bescot this summer.

Knowles, 27, scored seven goals and supplied 10 assists in 92 appearances across two seasons at Walsall.

Aston Villa have had an opening £7.7 million offer for Emerson Royal rejected by Flamengo, with talks continuing. Royal spent three years at Tottenham after joining from Barcelona in 2021, scoring four times in 101 appearances.

The 27-year-old later moved to AC Milan in 2024, then returned to Brazil with Flamengo. He has 10 caps for Brazil.
