With the summer transfer window entering a decisive phase, clubs across Europe are stepping up their efforts to complete deals before the deadline.

One market to keep a close eye on is the Turkish Süper Lig, with potential Premier League-related incomings and outgoings.

Tottenham Hotspur have gone big in this summer's transfer window, twice breaking their club record for Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali. Head coach Roberto De Zerbi has promised their work is not done, teasing another 'bomba' signing.

"In the transfer market, when I want one player, I become like a shark, no chance to say no," De Zerbi said.

"The transfer market, it's not finished for sure, but we completed 60 per cent of our project in the transfer market. Now we have another bomba!"

In addition to targeting a left-winger, Spurs are interested in signing Galatasaray forward Victor Osimhen. Konur told us that initial conversations have taken place, though no formal bid has been submitted.

"Tottenham Hotspur have made their initial moves for Victor Osimhen after securing the necessary sporting approvals, preparing an opening budget of around £50-55 million (€65m)," Konur said.

"Personal terms with the player are not expected to be a stumbling block for the North London side. However, Galatasaray are standing firm and holding out for a minimum of £65 million (€75-76m), refusing to consider offers below this valuation. While both clubs remain in active contact to test the waters, no official written proposal has formally reached Galatasaray's table yet."

Everton are eager to sign Bariş Alper Yilmaz from Galatasaray this summer, with the Toffees having held talks with the Istanbul outfit. Yilmaz is open to thePremier League transfer, though demands for a Turkish transfer record fee are a roadblock.

"Everton officials recently made a direct trip to Istanbul to seal a deal for Barış Alper Yılmaz with an opening package worth £35 million (€40-41m) including add-ons," Konur toldFootball Muse.

"Galatasaray swiftly rejected this initial approach, setting their valuation at a minimum of €50 million for what could be the most expensive sale in Turkish football history.

"A major driving factor behind this high price tag is a 20% sell-on clause owed to his former club, Ankara Keçiörengücü. While the player is not actively forcing a move, he remains very open to fulfilling his career ambition of playing in the Premier League."

Liverpool, Newcastle and Man Utd Monitoring Wilfried Singo Situation

Another potential departure at Galatasaray, Wilfried Singo has turned down interest from Inter Milan to fulfil his ambition of playing Premier League football.

Singo has committed to remaining at Galatasaray for the coming campaign, with an agreement in place to leave should a Premier League side meet his €40m asking price in 2027.

"Wilfried Singo turned down a €35 million approach from Italian champions Inter, opting to stay at Galatasaray for another season to develop before making his dream move to the Premier League.

"Following his stellar Champions League displays, major English sides includingLiverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle, and Nottingham Forest are actively scouting his situation. Galatasaray rejected Inter's offer and now intend to set a floor price of at least €40 million guaranteed fixed fee.

"The club fully supports the Ivorian defender's ambition to move directly to England once their valuation is matched."

Galatasaray Ready to Meet Tijjani Reijnders' €10m Salary Demands

Galatasaray are keen to sign Manchester City midfielder Tijjani Reijnders and are prepared to meet his wage demands. The Dutch international faded after a bright start at the Etihad, and is a top target for the Turkish giants.

However, a deal for Reijnders hinges on whether Galatasaray sell Gabriel Sara, amid Saudi Pro League and Premier League interest.

"Galatasaray are working to broker a loan deal with an option to buy for Manchester City's Tijjani Reijnders, as City currently value the Dutch midfielder at around €50 million.

"The entire operation hinges on Gabriel Sara's future; if a reported €30 million proposal arrives for Sara from English or Saudi clubs, those funds will be instantly redirected toward Reijnders.

"Initial contacts with the player's representative revealed salary expectations around €10 million net per year. Galatasaray management are fully prepared to meet these personal terms to secure a world-class midfielder."
