Manchester United are eyeing a swoop for Aurelien Tchouameni at Real Madrid, though could alternatively pursue any of Scott, Felix Nmecha, Ayyoub Bouaddi or Sander Berge as they also continue talks with West Ham over Crysencio Summerville. Chelsea are planning a new bid for Pep Chavarria and are also being linked with Tchouameni having ended their chase for Granit Xhaka, with Tyrique George about to join Everton permanently and Trevoh Chalobah also on the way out soon.

Tottenham could beat Arsenal to Eli Junior Kroupi as they also target Raoul Bellanova, with Sandro Tonali poised to complete his switch to north London as Liverpool now ponder a bid for Spanish star Sergio Arribas. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Chelsea plot new Pep Chavarria bid

Chelsea are still pushing to sign Pep Chavarria.

The Blues emerged as surprise contenders for the Rayo Vallecano left-back last week, having agreed to sell Marc Cucurella to Real Madrid after the World Cup in a transfer worth £51.7m.

Chelsea have set their sights on Chavarria to help fill the void after an impressive season in which he helped the LaLiga club to reach the Conference League final, where they lost to Crystal Palace in Leipzig.

A deal has yet to be done, but Fabrizio Romano reports this morning that a new round of club-to-club talks have been scheduled after an initial bid was rebuffed.

Chavarria is believed to want to join Chelsea.

Liverpool enter race for Sergio Arribas

Liverpool have emerged as shock potential suitors for Sergio Arribas.

The highly-rated Spanish attacking midfielder currently plies his club trade in the Segunda Division with Almeria, though is widely expected to step up a level this summer.

Benfica were said to be negotiating a €20m deal for the 24-year-old, with half the fee reportedly owed to former club Real Madrid.

However, Spanish regional outlet Ideal de Almeria claims that Liverpool have now entered the race for Arribas after already signing compatriot Victor Munoz from Osasuna in a £34.5m transfer last month.

Arsenal agree Trossard deal with Besiktas

Arsenal have agreed a deal to sell Leandro Trossard to Besiktas, reports claim.

The Belgian winger - currently away at the World Cup - has been a key figure under Mikel Arteta since joining from Brighton in a £27m transfer in January 2023, popping up with some crucial goals.

However, Arsenal are now set to move on from Trossard as they look to further upgrade their attacking options ahead of next season’s Premier League title defence.

According to The Athletic, a deal has been struck with Turkish giants Besiktas worth £17.1m.

Chelsea agree Tyrique George sale

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sell Tyrique George to Everton for up to £24million.

The Chelsea academy graduate impressed David Moyes while on loan with the Toffees last season.

Standard Sport understands Everton were keen on making the deal permanent from the outset this summer and have now agreed to sign him from Chelsea for £18m plus up to £6m in add-ons.

Chelsea negotiated a 15 per cent sell-on clause to be inserted into the deal.

Arsenal in 'strong push' for Guimaraes

Bruno Guimaraes is one of several Brazil players expected to change clubs after the World Cup.

Arsenal are reported by AS to be making a ‘strong push’ to sign the Newcastle midfielder.

His team-mate Danilo Santos has been lined up by the Magpies as a potential replacement.

Nathan Ake has joined Fenerbahce from Manchester City, calling time on a six-year association with the club.

Ake joined City from Bournemouth in 2020, going on to win a wealth of silverware including the Champions League and four Premier League titles.

Bidding farewell to City, the Dutchman said: “It’s been a privilege to represent Manchester City over the past six years and I’m so grateful to have been part of a special team. I’ve grown so much here – as a player and person and I’m thankful for the time I’ve had at the club.”
