There's a Friday frenzy when it comes to transfer rumours with gossip surrounding Erling Haaland, Manchester United, Chelsea and Newcastle. Let's get into it...
We'll start with a transfer bomba from El Nacional in Spain. They lead in withErling Haaland's interest in moving to Madrid this summer. Allegedly, Haaland has his sights set on Real Madrid, but only if Los Blancos name Jurgen Klopp as their new manager.
Now that would be some serious Galactico business...
Also searching for a striker are Newcastle, amidNick Woltemade's goalscoring woes. The Magpies are reportedly fed up with the German giant after his recent barren run. Football Insider claim that Newcastle are even prepared to cut their losses on the £69m record recruit in the summer. Seems unlikely, to us.
Newcastle are also understood to have positioned themselves in the mix forCarlos Baleba. The sticking point? The £100m asking price placed on the midfielder by Brighton.
Manchester United and Tottenham also like Baleba, but emerging interest fromParis Saint-Germain could complicate things, say Fichajes.
There's reportedlyPremier League interest in bringing Christian Pulisic back to England. TEAMtalk say Spurs want to bring the AC Milan winger to North London, though Liverpool are also looking at 'Captain America'.
AnotherSerie A star, Santiago Castro, appears to be staying put - for now. Bologna have tied the 21-year-old down to a new deal, as per Football Italia, strengthening their negotiating position as Everton, Aston Villa and Chelsea lurk with intent.
Meanwhile, a quartet ofPremier League clubs are keeping an eye on Club Brugge midfielder Aleksandar Stanković. The 20-year-old, son of Inter icon Dejan, has caught the eye in the Champions League this season. Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and Manchester United are named as suitors.
Finally, Brighton are on the hunt for the next emerging talent to sign, nurture, and probably sell on to Chelsea for an extortionate profit. The Seagulls are one of several sides scouting 18-year-old Mainz centre-backKacper Potulski, according to Sky Germany. Brentford
