Liverpool FC will have to do without their first-choice goalkeeper Alisson Becker for the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 against Galatasaray SK.

The Brazilian shot-stopper picked up an injury during training and is not part of the squad traveling to Istanbul. The English club has not provided further details regarding the nature of his injury. To fill the void, the coach is expected to place his trust in Georgian keeper Giorgi Mamardashvili.
