The UNFP awards take place in Paris tonight, with PSG and Lens prominent. Abroad, Kylian Mbappé and Michael Olise headline the French shortlist.
According to Le Progres, winners will be announced at 19:45 at the Palais Brongniart. The best player race is tighter, though PSG could still dominate.
Ousmane Dembélé was a clear pick last year before the Ballon d'Or. He is nominated again but has only nine Ligue 1 starts after injuries, while Nuno Mendes has 13.
Vitinha, with one goal and seven assists but major league minutes, could be rewarded as a symbol of PSG's consistency. The outsider is Florian Thauvin, vital to Lens with 10 goals and 5 assists.
Luis Enrique could keep the coach award, yet Pierre Sage has clinched Champions League qualification with RC Lens while contesting the title. Paulo Fonseca, Bruno Génésio and Olivier Pantaloni are also contenders.
PSG supply three nominees for young player, including past winners Warren Zaïre-Emery in 2024 and Désiré Doué in 2025. João Neves is up against Valentin Barco and Ayyoub Bouaddi.
The goalkeeper shortlist omits Lucas Chevalier and Matveï Safonov. Dominik Greif, Hervé Koffi and Brice Samba are in the frame, with youngsters Mike Penders, 20, and Robin Risser, 21, also named.
In Ligue 2, Troyes striker Tawfik Bentayeb is favourite as top scorer on 18 in a title season. For the overseas honour, Mbappé has 41 for Real Madrid, Olise 22 goals and 30 assists for Bayern.
