Unión get going: back to training, part of pre-season to be held in Uruguay

Unión will begin its preparations on Friday the 2nd, with a return to training in the afternoon. The schedule will continue on Saturday the 3rd with a morning practice, while the most intense work will take place the following week: there will be double training sessions on Monday the 5th, Wednesday the 7th, and Friday the 9th, and a single session on Tuesday the 6th, Thursday the 8th, and Saturday the 10th.

In addition, the coaching staff has decided that the squad will travel to Uruguay from the 11th to the 17th, where they will carry out a key part of the preseason, with more demanding physical and football training in preparation for what’s to come.
