Vasco aware of Johan Rojas relationship with model linked to Dimitri Payet | OneFootball

According to PaponaColina, Vasco’s Colombian playmaker Johan Rojas is in a relationship with lawyer and model Larissa Ferrari. They grew close about a month ago and first met in person during Carnival, with the romance acknowledged in their inner circles.

The 28-year-old travelled from Curitiba to watch Vasco play Volta Redonda on the 14th. From the stands she saw Rojas produce a prominent display, attempting nine shots.

Born in Medellín, the 23-year-old began at La Equidad in 2022 and has stepped up in Rio after Philippe Coutinho’s departure, taking on principal creative duty.

Before formalising the relationship, Ferrari had a virtual affair with Miami-based actor Henri Castelli, who acknowledged their contact at the time.

In April last year she filed a criminal complaint against French former Vasco player Dimitri Payet, alleging an extramarital relationship and presenting bruises. The filing alleged physical, psychological and sexual assaults.

In July, a Rio court accepted the case. Judge Alexandre Abrahão Dias Teixeira, of the VII Domestic and Family Violence Court, listed Payet as a defendant for psychological violence, citing reports of emotional harm. The prosecution had sought to shelve the inquiry, but the victim’s defence overturned that.

The sealed case file states the defendant acted freely to cause severe emotional damage, using insults, humiliation, manipulation and ridicule. Prosecutors seek conviction, moral damages and repayment of any healthcare costs.

After that case drew attention, Rojas had denied any romance in Brazil in a temporary Instagram post, saying he had been out with one woman but was not in a relationship.
