After being down 2-0 at one point, PSG scored two unanswered goals to level the scoring late in the UEFA Super Cup contest against Tottenham Hotspur and would defeat the Premier League side in penalties for a come-from-behind victory to lift the first trophy of the 2025-26 season.
In the penalty shootout, the capital club converted four of the five shots, with Vitinha being the only one who missed. Nuno Mendes would be the last to convert and would seal the incredible win for another trophy.
