André Villas-Boas has denied any debt owed by FC Porto to agency LiveSoccer over Otávio’s 60 million euros move to Al-Nassr in August 2023, a deal concluded before he became president.

Público reports that, speaking at the Palácio da Justiça in Porto, he said the club had fulfilled its obligations and that there was nothing more to debate.

He added that agent commissions can be below 10 percent, noting that Porto have previously agreed terms at five percent.

Villas-Boas also cited the Evanilson transfer, saying it carried zero commission and exceeded 40 million euros, and that the figure now stands at 45 million for the player.

The case was brought by LiveSoccer, which is seeking three million euros, and the court is due to hear from Otávio.
