Vinícius Júnior has pulled off a feat during the Madrid derby that we're somewhat surprised to see. That's because we can't believe he hasn't done it already!
During Sunday's clash with rivals Atletico de Madrid, the Brazilian was confident in front of goal, netting from the penalty spot emphatically for 1-1.
Real Madrid scored immediately after through Fede Valverde, but then Nahuel Molina scored a rocket out of nowhere for 2-2. So, Vinicius found another moment to be the star for Los Blancos.
The Brazilian dribbled to his right on the edge of the box and curled home a low strike beyond a diving Juan Musso for the winner.
It means Vinicius has scored two braces in consecutive matches (Manchester City and Atleti) for the first time in his entire professional career.
Adding to that, he has scored 2x as many goals against today's rivals in this game (two) as he had in his previous 19 games against them.
