Vinicius Rodrigues has left his role as Corinthians communications superintendent after 14 months.
Time do Povo first reported the departure.
The decision was taken by Rodrigues, who chose to step down after accepting a new offer to continue his career.
He took charge in May 2025 following the dismissal of Tiago Maranhão. Under his watch, Corinthians gained prominence on social media during the 2025 Copa do Brasil title campaign, adopting a lighter tone that included jibes at eliminated rivals Palmeiras, Cruzeiro and Vasco da Gama.
Rodrigues also played a visible role in institutional and political communications at Parque São Jorge, attending club administration events and supporting president Osmar Stabile on internal matters and board decisions.
With his exit, the communications department is operating on an interim basis while the leadership assesses options on the market, and no successor has been named.
The change extends recent churn in the area. Since 2024, the club have had four superintendents, Wagner Vilaron after Augusto Melo’s election, followed by Josiane Ribeiro, Tiago Maranhão and then Rodrigues. The next appointment will be the fifth in a little over two years.
