Alphonso Davies, Minjae Kim and João Palhinha were the last Bayern players in action during the October international break on Tuesday. fcbayern.com rounds up the results.

Davies victorious over Panama

Canada claimed a 2-1 friendly win over Panama in Toronto, with Davies honoured ahead of the game for winning his 50th cap during the summer’s Copa América. The 23-year-old Bayern defender led out his team at captain and played the full 90 minutes. Cyle Larin and Jonathan David got the goals for Canada either side of José Fajardo’s equaliser for Panama.

Goalless for Palhinha and Portugal

João Palhinha started Portugal’s 0-0 draw against Scotland and went off after 61 minutes.

Having sat out last Saturday’s 3-1 win in Poland, Palhinha marked his return to the Portugal starting line-up with a goalless draw away against Scotland. Roberto Martínez’s team struggled up against the hosts’ solid defence in Glasgow as they dropped points for the first time in this year’s UEFA Nations League. Portugal still top Group A1 with 10 points from four games. Another positive result at home to Poland in November will see Palhinha and his compatriots through to the quarter-finals.

Minjae Kim and South Korea are on course for the 2026 World Cup after victory over Iraq.

Kim and South Korea have the 2026 World Cup firmly in their sights after a 3-2 win at home to Iraq on Tuesday. The Bayern defender played the full 90 minutes as Se-hun Oh put the hosts ahead before Aymen Hussein equalised. Hyeon-gyu Oh and Jae-sung Lee then put the Koreans in the clear, despite Ibrahim Bayesh’s 95th-minute consolation. Korea remain top of Group B in the third round of Asian qualifying with 10 points from four games. The group winners will secure their place at the World Cup.

Germany booked their place in the Nations League quarter-finals on Monday:
