Barcelona may have suffered a crushing 3-4 loss to Inter Milan, but 17-year-old Lamine Yamal showed once again why he is one of the most exciting young talents in Europe.

The teenager gave everything on the pitch, creating danger, pushing forward, and showing no fear. On a different night, he might have had a goal or two, but was denied by Inter’s goalkeeper Yann Sommer and the post.

After the match, Yamal took to social media to share a powerful message with fans.

“We’ve given it our all. This year it wasn’t possible, but we’ll be back. Have no doubt about it, ‘CULERS,’ we won’t stop until we leave this club where it deserves to be, at the top,” he wrote.

His passion didn’t stop there. “I will keep my promise and bring her to Barcelona. We won’t stop until we achieve that. But Sunday is another final, and we all have to be together. Long live Barça!”

Pedri slams referee and shifts focus to El Clasico

Another player who stood out was Pedri. The midfielder worked tirelessly and helped bring Barcelona back into the game. After the match, he couldn’t hide his emotions.

“Proud of the team. A little disappointed because we managed to come back from a result that was very much against us,” he said.

However, Pedri was vocal in his criticism of referee Szymon Marciniak.

“This isn’t the first time something like this has happened with him. UEFA should investigate. Every 50-50 went their way. There was a clear penalty on Lamine that turned into a foul, and Mkhitaryan should’ve seen a second yellow,” he pointed out.

Despite the frustration, Pedri knows there’s no time to dwell. “We’re screwed now, but starting tomorrow, we have to focus on Real Madrid because half the league is at stake,” he said.
