Barcelona star Lamine Yamal is now considered to be the Spanish player with the highest transfer value in the history of football.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have on Friday provided an insight into the situation.

Lamine, for his part, was today afforded a major value bump on the website of transfer market experts transfermarkt.

After seeing his price-tag reach a new high of €80 million back in May, the winger’s endeavours with club and country alike have given rise to an updated figure of €150 million.

Still just 17, as much, according to Sport, makes Lamine the most valuable player in the storied history of Spanish football.

This comes with Lamine having overtaken previous record-holder Rodri, of Manchester City.

With the world at his feet, and plenty more growth still to come, it is not at all out of the realms of reality to suggest that Barcelona’s attacking sensation could see his market value surpass the €200 million mark down the line.
