Manchester United registered their maiden win of the Europa League campaign with a 2-0 triumph over PAOK at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils played out draws in their first three games of the competition and they needed a victory against the Greek outfit.
The performance was far from convincing in both halves, but they managed to prevail with maximum points from the clash.
Amad Diallo scored both goals in the second half, but there were several disappointing performances on the playing field.
Manuel Ugarte was probably the worst performer on the night as he once again struggled to provide control from midfield.
The Uruguayan won just two out of eight duels contested. He lost possession on nine occasions and was dribbled past twice.
Ugarte managed just 44 touches with 29 successful passes. This was less than Andre Onana in goal. He had 51 touches and 36 accurate passes.
The midfielder also ended up receiving a yellow card for a needless push.
The 23-year-old ace was replaced by Christian Eriksen in the 65th minute and in our view, he should be dropped to the bench on Sunday.
The former Sporting CP man has looked far from his best since his move to Old Trafford. He got a 5/10 rating for his performance from Goal.com.
United face Leicester City at home in the upcoming Premier League clash which is a must-win to stay in the hunt for the top-four positions.
The Red Devils are six points adrift of the guaranteed Champions League positions at the moment and can’t afford to slip up any further.
