Arsenal will be aiming to return to winning ways when they host Nottingham Forest in the Premier League today.

The Gunners have picked up just two points from their last four league outings. They are presently nine points adrift of leaders Liverpool.

Today’s game against Forest is a must-win and manager Mikel Arteta has been handed a quadruple injury boost ahead of the afternoon kick-off.

Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice, Leandro Trossard and Riccardo Calafiori are expected to make the squad after recovering from respective injuries.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Predicted Line-up:

David Raya has been brilliant in goal with several outstanding saves, but he has not kept a clean sheet in six league outings. The Spaniard will be aiming to end the run against Forest.

Ben White is sidelined for a few months due to knee surgery. His absence should see Jurrien Timber move to right-back with Calafiori being reinstated in the left-back position.

William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are assured starters in the heart of the defence.

Rice was not fully fit against Chelsea prior to the international break. He was playing with a broken toe and was substituted shortly after Pedro Neto’s equaliser.

Arteta has acknowledged that the Englishman is in a ‘very good‘ shape ahead of today’s clash. He should continue in central midfield alongside Thomas Partey once more.

In the final third, no changes are on the cards. Saka and Gabriel Martinelli are guaranteed to start on the right and left wing with Martin Odegaard in the number 10 role.

Kai Havertz should lead the line ahead of Gabriel Jesus. The German has not scored in four league games, but he had a good outing with multiple contributions in the Nations League.
