Five members of the first-team ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid are expected to return to starting duties for the club’s next outing.
That’s according to El Chiringuito TV, who have provided an insight into the latest plans of Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti.
Real Madrid are of course primed to return to action on Wednesday night, when they make the short trip across Spain’s capital for a Champions League showdown with city rivals Atlético.
Los Merengues head into the matchup boasting a slender advantage, owing to a 2-1 triumph in the tie’s first leg last week.
And Carlo Ancelotti, in turn, is readying a predictably strong XI to take to the pitch at the Metropolitano in 24 hours’ time.
That’s according to El Chiringuito TV, who have confirmed that, from the team which took to the pitch against Rayo Vallecano at the weekend, Real Madrid are planning five alterations.
As much will see all of Thibaut Courtois, Federico Valverde, Antonio Rüdiger, Ferland Mendy and Eduardo Camavinga step back into starting roles, for an XI as follows:
Courtois, Valverde, Asencio, Rüdiger, Mendy, Tchouaméni, Camavinga, Bellingham, Rodrygo, Vinícius Jr, Mbappé
