Four new faces are set to make their debut for the Cheetahs, including Felipe Santos. Here are five things you need to know about Benin's 'Brazilian recruit.'
- Felipe Santos was born on January 3, 1997, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He plays as a left winger.
- The 28-year-old currently features for Azerbaijan Premier League side Araz-Nakhchivan, who sit sixth in the table after 10 rounds.
- Trained in Brazil, he started out at Paulista-SP before being spotted by Palmeiras, where he played for the U20s between 2015 and 2018.
- He chose Slovenia to launch his professional career, joining NK Ankaran and later NK Maribor.
- He’s a familiar face in the Azerbaijan league, having suited up for Shamakhi, FK Qabala, and Araz-Nakhchivan, as well as spending a season with Hapoel Haifa.
