The Guinean Football Federation (FGF) has just received positive news regarding the change of sporting nationality for Mohamed Lamine Diaby Fadiga, who is now eligible to represent the Syli National.

  1. Mohamed Lamine Diaby Fadiga was born on January 19, 2001, in Grasse, France, and holds dual nationality (French-Guinean). He plays primarily as an attacking midfielder but is also capable of leading the line as a center forward. His versatility could be a major asset for the Guinean national team.

  • The 25-year-old was developed in France at the academies of Cannes, Mougins Jugend, and Nice. He signed his first professional contract with Nice in 2019 before quickly moving to Paris FC, where he shone for three years, scoring 12 goals in 51 appearances.
  • After a loan spell at FC Eindhoven in 2022-2023, he signed in Poland with Jagiellonia, making 42 appearances, scoring 3 goals, and providing 1 assist.
  • He currently plays for Raków, with whom he has featured in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers. This season, he boasts 12 goals and 2 assists in 35 matches across all competitions.
