The reason behind this doubt is generated by the fact that the player had to miss the most recent team training session due to a fever. Previously, Hansi Flick explained why the player ended up having the same issue in the last game against Real Sociedad, and it seems that the problem is persisting.

Now, as a result of missing this recent training session, there is no telling how things develop from here for Gavi.
