Head coach Dino Toppmöller: “We fielded an extremely young side who delivered a commanding, impressive and mature display. It was a very decent performance at the end of the day. We’ve finally won again and stretched our unbeaten league run to seven games. The table is looking nice, but we still have plenty of games to go. We need to make sure we keep pace [with the teams at the top].”

Tuta: “Scoring is always a nice feeling, particularly when you get the win too. We controlled the game well, deserved to win and boosted our confidence. Their consolation gave our opponents a boost, but we managed to get the three points we wanted without fuss. We need to be fully fresh and 100 per cent focused when we face Bayern [next weekend].”

Can Uzun: “We can build on this performance. For my goal, I saw the defender passing into the middle. I then got the ball and managed to score. It was a good game for me because we had a lot of possession. The coach has put his faith in me, which I’m happy about.”
