Milan are showing no signs of slowing down in the transfer market, as they are reportedly finalizing a deal for Partizan Belgrade’s rising star Andrej Kostic. According to a detailed report from Gazzetta dello Sport, the Rossoneri have moved swiftly to secure the signature of the highly-rated Serbian talent.
The 19-year-old forward, who has been making waves in the Serbian top flight, is expected to join Milan in a deal worth approximately €5 million. The report suggests that Milan’s scouting department has been tracking Kostic for months, viewing him as a versatile offensive weapon capable of playing on either flank.
Kostic is expected to arrive in Milano within the next few days to undergo medical examinations before signing a five-year contract that will run until June 2030. While there were rumors of interest from Bundesliga clubs, the player’s desire to join the project at Milanello proved decisive in the negotiations.
This move aligns with Milan’s broader strategy of investing in top-tier European youth, similar to their previous successful raids for talent in the Balkan region. Kostic is likely to be integrated into the Milan Futuro squad immediately and if he does well, he could be given minutes in the first-team.
